How is First Class Software priced?
First Class Software subscription fees are based on active enrolments (how many students you have actively booked).
Booking Volume Tier
Your subscription price scales based on the number of active students or bookings per month. (e.g., 0–200 students, 201–300, 300–400, etc.)
The higher the number of active students, the lower the per student cost.
When you subscribe you are subscribing to a volume tier to accommodate your max active students’ numbers.
Our accounts team will be in contact with you if you exceed your tier to discuss increasing your tier.
Packages
The other factor in pricing is your desired package.
Premium packages are available which include add Ons such as a branded app, API access and other premium features.
Branded Apps
Branded apps have an upfront design, development and deployment fee as well as an ongoing subscription which can be bundled into a premium subscription.
Payment Gateways
Payment processing fees apply to integrated payment gateways. These vary from country to country and gateway.
First Class does not charge additional fees for payment gateway usage.
Hidden Costs
First Class values transparency.
Additional costs not included in your subscription include SMS usage and transaction fees.
